Dynamic Core Strength Exercise Classes

Dynamic core strength, flexibility and balance classes are held in our large onsite gym space. Small group sessions allow personalised supervision and exercise planning.

Rehabilitation

We will guide you through the customised rehabilitation plan we’ve created for you. We’re here to make sure you feel supported and in safe hands every step of the way. Enjoy exercise and activity again.
