Which Physio do I book with?

- All of our physiotherapists are highly qualified, but if you have a special need or are uncomfortable with certain things feel free to ring and our helpful reception staff are more then happy to help and accommodate your needs. How much do your appointments cost?

- Our appointments cost $120 for the initial consult and then $92 for the recurring appointments, however costs vary depending on the nature of the appointment.

- However our massage therapist appointments cost $121 for one hour.

Do I need a referral e.g. from my GP?

- No you don't need a referral to come in and see one of our fantastic physios

Do you take private health?

- Yes we do!

Can I use my private health for classes?

-Yes you can.

How much will my private health cover?

-It varies depending on your cover and insurer.

 

Do you accept work cover and D.V.A?

-Absolutely!

How long do appointments take?

-New consults are 30-45 minutes, and subsequent appointments are 30 minutes. If you feel the nature of your injury requires an extended time that can be organised.

Do you change the fee for late cancellations? or Non-attendance?

-We have a 12 hour cancellation policy that we may apply.

What do I need to bring?

-Any relevant paperwork or scans, and clothing that will enable us to look at your injury.

How do I know what class to book into?

-We require a physiotherapist consult prior to clients joining our classes to determine what class will suit you best.

Do you do massage?

-Yes we do, our masseuse is Stefan Hoare, who offers 30, 60 and 90 minute massages.

​

Do you do dry needling?

-Yes we do both Gayle and Tash have their certification in dry needling and are more then happy to assist you.
